NG Bailey are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to provide administrative support to the operational team on the Wembley Stadium contract. The role is full-time, with rotating shifts 07:00-16:00 and 09:00-18:00, and events coverage as required.
The ideal candidate will have CAFM experience (training provided), strong IT skills (Word/Excel), and a customer-focused approach, able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

An experienced Administrator working to a high standard and fast passed, ideally come from a customer service background. You will have the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests and you must thrive under pressure. And with the utmost regard for customer service this is a role for you.
