NG Bailey Engineering is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support a major infrastructure programme on site in Denham. You will provide administrative support, manage document control, and keep project information accurate and up to date, collaborating with project managers, engineers and site teams.
As part of a busy team, you will produce reports, minutes and ensure efficient office coordination.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join a major infrastructure project supporting the delivery of HS2.
Working as part of a busy project team, you'll play a vital role in keeping the project running efficiently by providing administrative support, coordinating documentation and ensuring key project information is accurate and up to date. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, long-term infrastructure programme where you'll work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams in a fast-paced environment.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
Assisting with document control, including issuing, tracking and filing project documentation.
Maintaining document registers and ensuring project records remain accurate and compliant.
Producing reports, meeting minutes and other project documentation.
Coordinating communications with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders.
Supporting the wider project team with general office administration and coordination.
Helping ensure documentation is managed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

We're looking for someone with:
Previous administration experience within a construction, engineering or project environment.
Experience of document control or managing project documentation.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
