Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. seeks a Customer Service Representative for Glasgow Head Office on a fixed-term contract. 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hour shifts between 7am-10pm, 5 days over 7. Salary £25,468.38 per annum with 33 days holiday, private pension and benefits.

Start date 9 September. Helpdesk role handling customer faults and enquiries. The role involves answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, logging data, and ensuring fast response times according to call quality

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role is desirable but not essential.
• Represent the Company in a professional and competent manner.
• Ability to work as part of a Helpdesk team and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary data on each call through questioning and understand the problem.
• Input data accurately and complete relevant fields for each call.
• Liaise with Engineers to prioritise calls for swift response times.
• Manage after-call activities to maintain workload and service levels.
• Communicate fluently and confidently with customers and colleagues.
