Helpdesk Advisor Boilers & AC

Salary: £27,000 rising to £28,000 after successful completion of a 6-month probation
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our client’s Boilers & AC team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is technically minded, confident speaking with customers and keen to develop their knowledge within the heating and air conditioning industry.

Previous industry experience is not essential, as full product and industry knowledge can be developed within the role.

The Role

• Support customers with technical queries relating to boilers and air conditioning.
• Provide clear and professional advice to customers.
• Work through technical problems and help identify suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries confidently by telephone.
• Develop a strong understanding of our client’s products and services.

Salary & Benefits

• £27,000 starting salary
• Increasing to £28,000 after successful completion of 6-month probation
