Job summary

Navien Ltd in England is seeking a field-based technician to provide on-site fault-finding and breakdown support for domestic boilers and hot-water products across the East Anglia region. You’ll also handle phone-line support on a rota and assist the sales team with installer events and training sessions.

The role includes diagnosing faults at customer premises, covering the technical helpline, mentoring local service agents, and delivering product training with live demos.

Qualifications

• Boiler fault-finding/breakdown experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Current ACS Core & Boiler tickets (CCN1, CENWAT).
• Full UK driving licence and residence within the region.
• Strong customer skills, good IT knowledge, and self-motivation.
• Desirable: Air-source heat-pump or F-Gas Cat 1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair boiler faults at customer premises.
• Cover the technical helpline on a weekday and Saturday rota.
• Monitor and mentor local service agents, ensuring standards and stock levels.
• Deliver product training to installers and agents (presentations & live demos).
• Handle customer complaints quickly and cost-effectively.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to the wider technical team.

Job description

Package: Company van, tablet, mobile, 22 days’ holiday (+ bank holidays), pension, bonus, private health (after qualifying period)
