Job summary

Syncro Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Fire & Security Group, is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator in St Helens area (Haydock, WA11) to join the Service & Maintenance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:00pm; Salary £25,000 per annum pro rata.

You will support customers, engineers and internal teams to ensure maintenance visits, reactive repairs, and compliance documentation are handled efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organised with good customer focus.
• Experience in helpdesk/administration is desirable.
• Available to start soon for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
