Medirest is recruiting a Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of Healthcare operations on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role covers site maintenance, contractor control, and representing Healthcare while upholding health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
• Assist facilities team with contractor control, ensuring sign-in/out and adherence to site policies.
• Open and/or close the building as required.
• Represent Healthcare and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Responsible for ensuring the exterior of the site is in a clean, tidy and reasonable state of repair, inclusive of general external maintenance tasks.
• Assisting the facilities team with the control of contractor's process, inclusive of ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, and signed out, and that everyone is adhering to site policies and rules
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the building where required
• Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
