Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to support Healthcare operations on a part-time basis (24.75 hours per week). You will supervise catering teams, ensure high standards, and help the service run smoothly while protecting brand integrity.

The role requires a minimum of two years in catering, supervision experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. You will work a pattern including nights and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet KPIs and uphold safety

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 24.75 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Healthcare and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
