This large AJ100 architecture practice that specialises in large mixed-use building projects is urgently seeking a 1st-2nd Line IT Support Technician to join an IT team providing a mix of helpdesk, desktop, and network support to users across all of their offices. They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT role, an understanding of both customer and business needs and an understanding of SLA's.
The Role
1st-2nd Line IT Support Engineers, Helpdesk Technicians or Desktop Engineers will be required to work 37.5-40 hours and 5 days per week from their East London office.
