This large AJ100 architecture practice, specializing in large mixed-use building projects, is urgently seeking a 1st-2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their IT team. The role involves providing helpdesk, desktop, and network support to users across all offices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT role, with a good understanding of customer and business needs, as well as SLAs.
The Role
Work hours are 37.5-40 hours per week, five days from their East London office.
