Job Description:

1st-2nd Line IT Support / Helpdesk Technician / Desktop Support

This large AJ100 architecture practice, specializing in large mixed-use building projects, is urgently seeking a 1st-2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their IT team. The role involves providing helpdesk, desktop, and network support to users across all offices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT role, with a good understanding of customer and business needs, as well as SLAs.

The Role

  • Supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Managing iOS devices via MDM platform.
  • Experience with Autodesk and Adobe software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Configuration Manager, and security tools.
  • Understanding of Windows settings, Group Policy, Intune, and security features.
  • Industry certifications are advantageous.
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge is helpful.
  • Willingness to travel between office locations occasionally.

Work hours are 37.5-40 hours per week, five days from their East London office.
