Job summary

ESS Energy, part of Compass Group UK and Ireland, is recruiting for a Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a permanent Adhoc basis, mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich. The role supports operations across North Sea platforms, maintaining service standards and coordinating crew movements.

You will manage reception services, maintain records, and ensure safety and compliance with offshore procedures.

Qualifications

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining OEUK Offshore Medical Certificate.
• Experience in offshore logistics and crew movements is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in offshore environments.
• Ability to manage reception operations on offshore facilities and coordinate crew movements.

Responsibilities

• Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
• Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Manage the reception service, including allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Operate personnel movement programmes, including checking daily flights and arranging crew changes.
• Ensure Vantage is accurate and up to date.
• Carry out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures.
• Maintain all log books and associated paperwork.

Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a permanent Adhoc basis, mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich.

What you'll be doing

ESS Energy, part of Compass Group UK and Ireland, is a market-leading provider of catering and support services in the Energy sector.

We lead the market in providing food and support services to major companies operating in the Oil, Gas and Renewables markets.

We support operations in the North Sea and further afield on fixed production platforms, flotels, floating production storage offload facilities, mobile offshore drilling rigs, construction and pipe-laying barges.
