Job summary

ESS Energy, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is recruiting a Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a permanent Adhoc basis, mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich. This role supports the reception service, crew movements and logistics on North Sea facilities.

You will maintain records, coordinate accommodation and lifeboat muster stations, and ensure safety paperwork and Vantage data are up to date. Relevant offshore training is required, including BOSIET/FOET and MIST.

Qualifications

• Capable of obtaining OEUK Offshore Medical Certificate and complying with offshore mobilisation requirements.
• Experience in offshore hospitality or admin support is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to coordinate crew changes and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception service, including allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat assignments.
• Operate personnel movement programmes and check daily flights.
• Maintain log books and paperwork; ensure Vantage data is current.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.

Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a permanent Adhoc basis, mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich.

What you'll be doing

ESS Energy, part of Compass Group UK and Ireland, is a market-leading provider of catering and support services in the Energy sector.

We lead the market in providing food and support services to major companies operating in the Oil, Gas and Renewables markets.

We support operations in the North Sea and further afield on fixed production platforms, flotels, floating production storage offload facilities, mobile offshore drilling rigs, construction and pipe-laying barges.

• Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
• Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Manage the reception service, including the allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Operate personnel movement programmes, including checking daily flights and arranging crew changes.
• Ensure Vantage is accurate and up to date.
• Carry out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures.
• Maintain all log books and associated paperwork.
