Job summary

Installio Ltd. is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to join our team responsible for reactive maintenance, annual services, and support for installation teams across the UK. You will work directly in customers’ homes to ensure high-quality heat pump service and contribute to the country’s net-zero transition.

Ideal candidates have NVQ 2/3 in Plumbing, G3 Unvented, WRAS regs, and experience fitting heat pumps with pipework for unvented cylinders and radiators. A valid UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing is required.
• G3 Unvented and WRAS Water Regulations knowledge is required.
• Experience fitting heat pumps and installing pipework for unvented cylinders and radiators is required.
• Experience decommissioning heating systems and a valid driving license with 6 points or less is required.
• Desirable: Gas Safe and Level 3 heat pump qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team with remedials and call outs.
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps.
• Assist install teams with fault finding and commissioning where necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must and you already have the skills needed to fault find and support our installation engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team solve remedials and call outs

• Conduct annual services for heat pumps

• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)

• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Your profile

Required:

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing

• G3 Unvented

• WRAS Water Regulations

• Experience fitting heat pumps

• Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators

• Experience decommissioning heating systems

• Valid driver's license with 6 points or less

Desirable but not necessary:

• Gas safe

• Level 3 heat pump qualifications
