Job summary

Installio Ltd. is seeking a Service and Maintenance engineer to join our heat pump team and support UK's net-zero transition. You will handle reactive maintenance, call outs and annual services in customers' homes.

Required experience with heat pumps, piping work (solder/press) for unvented cylinders and radiators, plus NVQ 2/3 Plumbing, G3 Unvented and WRAS qualifications. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.
• G3 Unvented.
• WRAS Water Regulations.
• Experience fitting heat pumps.
• Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators.
• Valid driver's license with 6 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team solve remedials and call outs.
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps.
• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc).
• Support with Air Con installations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must and you already have the skills needed to fault find and support our installation engineers.

Your profile
