Job summary

Installio Ltd. is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to join our field service team, visiting customers' homes across the UK to service and fault-find heat pump systems.

You will fix remedials, conduct annual services, and support installation crews while delivering high quality customer care; a valid driving license and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing, G3 Unvented, WRAS Water Regulations
• Experience fitting heat pumps, installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
• Experience decommissioning heating systems
• Gas Safe (desirable) and a valid license are required or preferred

Responsibilities

• Support heat pump team to solve remedials and call outs
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps
• Support install teams with fault finding and commissioning
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Tasks

Working directly in customers’ homes, you will be an intrinsic member of our heat pump team, tackling reactive maintenance and call outs, and conducting annual services. Prior experience with heat pumps is a must and you already have the skills needed to fault find and support our installation engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team solve remedials and call outs

• Conduct annual services for heat pumps

• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)

• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Your profile

Required:

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing

• G3 Unvented

• WRAS Water Regulations

• Experience fitting heat pumps

• Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators

• Experience decommissioning heating systems

• Valid driver's license with 6 points or less

Desirable but not necessary:

• Gas safe

• Level 3 heat pump qualifications
