Job summary

Pure Renewables Commercial is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to open doors and convert early conversations into credible sales opportunities across the Midlands and Yorkshire. You’ll lead outbound activity, research markets, and nurture relationships with heat-pump and decarbonisation prospects.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues in Ireland and the UK, maintaining HubSpot records and feeding the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or building new opportunities.
• Ability to map markets and identify decision-makers in target sectors.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound business-development activity across UK Midlands and Yorkshire.
• Identify target organisations and decision-makers for heat-pump or decarbonisation projects.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and industry stakeholders.
• Communicate customer needs to proposals, estimating and technical teams.
• Schedule meetings and support proposals and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and track opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Director and wider commercial team to progress opportunities.
