Job summary

Southern Housing seeks a Heat Network Lead to manage and enhance its heat network portfolio. You will analyse technical, operational and financial data to assess network performance and support metering and billing programmes, while serving as the main contact for resident enquiries.

The role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, ability to produce management reports, and excellent communication with residents and internal stakeholders. Hybrid working across two offices is available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utilities services and working in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to produce management reports and insights with clear recommendations.
• Strong IT skills including databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to day-to-day enquiries on Southern Housing's heat networks.
• Complete regulatory returns and data collection for heat metering and billing regulations.
• Maintain the heat metering working group and monitor energy use KPIs.
• Analyse data to assess retrofit viability and support retrofit programme development.
• Assist in developing metering and billing strategy and asset identification to diagnose issues.
