Wheatley Homes Glasgow is seeking a Healthy Homes Customer Experience Assistant to join the Repairs Team, delivering outstanding service to customers across channels.

You will handle enquiries, provide empathetic and professional support, and help customers with damp and Healthy Homes issues. You’ll monitor cases, provide updates, and ensure records reflect next steps while working in a 35-hour week from a fixed office in Glasgow.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer enquiries across channels and resolve issues at first point of contact where possible.
• Support customers with Damp, mould and Healthy Homes issues, ensuring cases progress in line with timescales and legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide clear updates on next steps.
