London and Quadrant Housing Trust is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Healthy Homes team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, helping to deliver high-quality services that improve residents' homes and wellbeing.

You will coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently.
