Job summary

Chime Housing is seeking a proactive Healthy Homes Administrator to join our new team in Watford. You will coordinate damp and mould cases, maintain accurate records and liaise with residents and contractors to support regulatory compliance and high service standards.

In this role, you will help manage Awaab’s Law cases, contribute to data quality and performance reporting, and ensure timely updates for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate records.
• Proficient with MS Office and data systems.
• Good communication with residents, colleagues and contractors.
• Experience in housing, repairs or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with housing management systems (e.g., QL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Healthy Homes team.
• Coordinate damp and mould case administration, inspections and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates.
• Liaise with residents and contractors to progress works.
• Support compliance, performance monitoring and reporting.
