Job summary

Athona Ltd is recruiting for a Project Manager – Healthcare Transformation to support the development and transformation of children and young people’s services. The role is hybrid with a Devon-based requirement, offering around £50,000 per annum and the chance to influence operational delivery, service implementation and organisational growth within a growing healthcare organisation.

You will manage healthcare transformation and service improvement projects, coordinate cross-functional teams

• Experience managing healthcare transformation or service improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare transformation and service improvement projects.
• Support implementation of new healthcare services and operational processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical and operational environments.
• Monitor project progress, risks, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support successful delivery of organisational change initiatives.
