You will design, deliver and monitor training programmes, ensuring staff meet CQC requirements and industry standards, with a focus on pre-employment and mandatory refreshers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programmes within the care sector.
• Deliver training in line with legislation, CQC requirements and industry best practice.
• Coordinate and monitor training across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, coordinate, deliver and monitor training programmes for all staff across Hartwig Care.
• Work with Operational Teams to meet training needs for new services and markets.
• Deliver training to meet pre-employment and mandatory refresher requirements.
• Support Care Certificate, competency assessments and NVQ qualifications.
• Maintain training records and reports using digital systems.
• Ensure compliance with online learning platforms and health & safety rules.
