Hartwig Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Trainer to develop and oversee staff learning, development and compliance across multiple branches. The role emphasizes person-centred care, mentoring and ensuring high standards in a regulated environment.

The Trainer will manage pre-employment and mandatory refresher training, Care Certificate delivery, and maintain training records using digital platforms. Travel to different locations is required, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programmes within the care sector.
• PTTLS or equivalent certification is required.
• Train the Trainer qualification is desirable.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Identify, plan, coordinate, deliver and monitor training programmes for all staff across Hartwig Care.
• Work with Operational Teams to meet training needs for new services and market areas.
• Deliver training in line with legislation, CQC requirements and industry best practice.
• Support staff development including Care Certificate, competency assessments and NVQ qualifications.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports using digital training systems.
• Ensure effective use of online learning platforms and stay up to date with guidelines.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external partners and organisations such as CQC and Skills for Care.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure Health & Safety legislation is adhered to.
