Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and data-driven approach.
• Advanced Excel skills including handling large datasets and producing clear reports.
• Excellent organisation, time management and territory-planning skills.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building abilities.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing a clear territory plan to hit budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Analyse sales performance using Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan field activity and document visits by priority based on potential and location.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and accurate sales forecasts.
• Monitor market developments to inform territory strategy.
• Develop product knowledge and communicate benefits confidently.
• Collaborate with senior team to deliver a joined-up customer service approach.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the wider sales function.
