Job summary

Active Care Group in Dymchurch is recruiting a Healthcare support worker for Bethany House & Lodge. The role involves supporting young adults with neurological conditions in a residential setting, helping maintain independence and wellbeing, with a 42-hour weekly rota including day and night shifts.

Successful candidates will undergo Enhanced DBS, and should be reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team or individually.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily activities.
