Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting for an on-site Healthcare Support Worker at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre in Kent. You will work a rota across 37.63 hours per week (FTE), with a salary of £26,861.71 per annum (FTE), pro rata for part-time hours.

You will build strong relationships with patients, support their rehabilitation, assist with daily living and meals, and report progress to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care/mental health is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
