Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you’ve made someone’s life better.

You will work alongside the team to provide a specialized provision. The service has an enhanced level of support to care for individuals with challenging behaviors and high support needs in the least restrictive setting possible, within a robust and structured environment tailored to their ongoing needs and risks.

The service aims to enable people to lead meaningful lives, with choice and control, accessing mainstream services, engaging in work, training, leisure activities, hobbies, and personal interests. Gregory House encourages independence with the long-term goal of moving to more independent living settings.

What you will get:

  • Annual salary of £25,272
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) plus your birthday off!
  • Free meals and parking
