Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with essential daily activities.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and holidays.

Contracts & Structured Schedule

We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:

• Full-Time Contracts:Available at37.5 or 20 hrs + hours a week.
  
• Mandatory Availability:All applicants must be able to workon a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
  

Shift Details: -Support Care Worker-Uckfield, East Sussex TN22

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

• Days: shift patterns between the hours of 07:00-22:00 ( 9-3, or 3 -10, etc., flexibility)
  
• Occasional Sleep-ins, if required:22:00 – 07:00 *There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
