We'd like you to join us as a Health Care Assistant at our service Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch.

About Bethany Lodge and Bethany House

• Bethany Lodge provides support for young adults with disabilities in a residential setting, promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Bethany House offers a supportive environment in a purpose-built home, focusing on physical and mental health.

What you'll be working:

• Hours based on a rota, working every other weekend.
• Full-time: 42 hours per week.
• £12.83 per hour (£28,098 per annum).
• Day and night shifts available.
• Experience in care required.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting clients with daily activities and care plans.
• Ensuring clients feel safe and stable.
• Providing personal care.
• Administering medication if required.

What you'll have:

• Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-confidence and ability to handle challenging situations.
