Job summary

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is recruiting a Confident Care & Support Worker to help women with personality disorders. This role involves 42 hours per week including days, nights and weekends, delivering compassionate care and practical support.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team in a setting focused on recovery, safety, and empowerment, with DBS checks required and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for a Confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You will be working 42 hours a Week (Days, Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the people we support at Cygnet Aspen Clinic.

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is a specialist service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and associated complex needs. We provide assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women.

Individuals in our care may have complex trauma histories or have experienced regular placement breakdowns. At Cygnet Aspen Clinic we provide a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to care and treatment, with a focus on recovery and co-production with service users.

Your Day-to-Day...
