Job summary

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is seeking a Confident Care & Support Worker to help deliver outstanding care across 42 hours per week, including days, nights and weekends. You will help people supported at the clinic, providing physical and emotional support and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

We value genuine dedication and excellent communication. An enhanced DBS check is required for successful candidates, with training and apprenticeship opportunities available.

We are looking for a Confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You will be working 42 hours a Week (Days, Nights and Weekends), making a positive difference to the people we support at Cygnet Aspen Clinic.

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is a specialist service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and associated complex needs. We provide assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women.

Individuals in our care may have complex trauma histories or have experienced regular placement breakdowns. At Cygnet Aspen Clinic we provide a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to care and treatment, with a focus on recovery and co-production with service users.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
