Job summary

Cygnet Alders Clinic in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Support Worker to join the team at our 20-bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. The role focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered support to service users, assisting with daily living, and maintaining a safe environment.

The position requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive, empathetic approach to care. An enhanced DBS check is required.

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Alders Clinic.

Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Your Day-to-Day

£13.45 per hour

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
