Job summary

Cygnet Aspen Clinic in Mexborough is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide personal care and emotional support to residents with complex needs, helping them build independence in a safe, supportive environment.

You will work 42 hours weekly across days, nights and weekends, with overtime. An enhanced DBS check is required, and the role includes apprenticeship opportunities, regular coaching, supervision and wellbeing resources.

Job description

Support worker post at Cygnet Aspen Clinic, a specialist service providing assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women with a personality disorder diagnosis and complex needs. The work centres on personal care and emotional support, helping residents build independence, assisting with medical and welfare needs, and keeping the environment safe. Hours are 42 a week across days, nights and weekends, with overtime available. Successful applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check.
