Job summary

The Cygnet Acer Clinic is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care for women with complex mental health needs within a 28-bed service. You will support physical and emotional needs and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

An enhanced DBS check is required. The role offers flexible working with overtime opportunities and ongoing professional development to support service user independence and safe care.

Bank Support Worker post at Cygnet Acer Clinic, a 28-bed service for women with personality disorder, complex needs or acute mental health needs, run by Cygnet Health Care on a 12-month bank basis. The work centres on individual care: physical and emotional support, help with medical and welfare needs, safeguarding, and keeping the environment safe and clean. Shifts sit within a therapeutic setting, with security matched to individual needs and rehabilitation aimed at transfer to less secure conditions or community living. An enhanced DBS check is required.
