Cygnet Oaks in Sheffield is recruiting a Support Worker to join the Lodge and House wards. The role centers on personal care, emotional and physical support tailored to each service user within a multidisciplinary team.

The 42-hour week covers days, nights and weekends. You will safeguard service users, maintain a safe environment and help promote independence. An enhanced DBS check is required; an apprenticeship scheme is available for further learning.

Support Worker on the Lodge and House wards at Cygnet Oaks, a 35-bed Cygnet Health Care service providing level 2 inpatient rehabilitation for men with mental health needs. The work centres on personal care and emotional and physical support tailored to each person's needs, alongside meeting medical and welfare needs, safeguarding and keeping the environment safe. The post is 42 hours a week across days, nights and weekends, with input from a multi-disciplinary team. An enhanced DBS check is required.
