37.5 hours per week (Up to 37.5 hours per week. Shifts include - 07:30 to 15:30pm, 12:30pm to 20:30pm, or a long day will be - 07:30am to 20.30pm. Nights - 20:15pm to 07:45am)

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Workers, with a passion for stroke and general rehabilitation. The successful candidate will play an integral part in improving patient outcomes, through effective post-stroke management.
They will work as part of the multidisciplinary team, providing a high standard of safe and effective nursing care, to improve both general and stroke rehabilitation outcomes.
You must be able to commit to our Full Time HCSW Academy for the first 4 weeks of your employment with our Trust. Please note our HCSW Academy takes place at our training site in Holgate, York. We are unable to provide travel options or reimburse travel costs for attendance at this.

DBS Checks
Please be aware that all new employees starting work with us will be charged for the cost of their DBS check if it is required for the role. The cost will be deducted from your salary either in 1 payment or over a six month period once you start employment. By applying you are agreeing to this undertaking. If you are successful you will be asked to confirm if you wish to pay in one amount or in instalments. The charges are currently £27.38 for a standard check and £55.38 for an enhanced check. The level of check will be determined by the post you are applying for.
