Qualifications

• Experience in supplies, logistics, customer service or coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

• Comfortable in fast-paced environment with urgent requests.

• Team player with stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplies for the business and clients.
• Serve as first point of contact for supply queries by phone and email.
• Process client orders using online ordering systems.
• Track deliveries via drivers and third-party couriers.
• Escalate issues and resolve supply-related complaints.
• Maintain supply management systems for accurate client billing.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Contract and Account Managers.
