Job summary

Tandem Health is hiring a Project Delivery Specialist to scale how we roll out our healthcare platform across NHS and private providers. You will own day-to-day delivery of implementations, building clear plans, unblocking issues fast, and ensuring successful go-lives with strong adoption.

This role suits someone early in their career who will work with Medical Ops and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Commercial to deliver customer-friendly rollouts that improve clinician

Qualifications

• Delivered rollouts end-to-end in Delivery/Project/Implementation/Onboarding roles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior and frontline teams.
• Experience with rollout planning, governance, RAID, dependencies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, end-to-end: run multiple implementations in parallel with clear milestones.
• Build rollout plans (60–90 days) from kickoff to adoption with measurable success criteria.
• Keep customer and internal stakeholders aligned on progress and next steps.
• Maintain a clean project rhythm with weekly check-ins and status reporting.
• Identify risks early and unblock blockers to ensure smooth go-lives and adoption.
• Coordinate readiness across training, comms, and support, and track adoption post-launch.
• Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks and templates to scale delivery.
