Job summary

Tandem Health AB is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead healthcare integrations and coordinate cross-border delivery. You’ll align engineers, partnerships, and product teams to ship critical initiatives that connect our platform with external systems across Europe.

Based in London, you’ll work with the France office and Stockholm integrations team, breaking down complex requirements and prioritising plans while maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, platform, or healthtech.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams.
• Able to discuss APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers.
• Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams with clarity and momentum.
• Able to assess and manage project risk from scoping to delivery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complexity into decisions.
• Product-minded; focused on building the right thing, not just on-time delivery.
• Native level English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring scalable implementations.
• Map external systems to our platform and design concrete integration approaches.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders across France and Stockholm teams.
• Translate complex requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Work with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at velocity.
• Develop processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and delivery.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders by tracking progress and surfacing risks.
• Support sales with technical questions from customers.
