Job summary

Tandem Health is seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to lead critical integrations across French and European healthcare ecosystems. You’ll align engineers, partnerships, and product teams to deliver scalable integration designs with external partners, while keeping the bigger product picture in mind.

Based in London, you’ll collaborate with our France and Stockholm teams, translate complex requirements into clear plans, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams with speed

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar in SaaS/healthtech.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical fluency: APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing momentum.
• Ability to assess and manage risk from scoping to delivery.
• Strong communication: translate technical detail into clear decisions.
• A product mindset focused on building the right thing.
• Native level English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
• Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the local team in France and the integrations team in Stockholm.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture, and ensure solutions are robust and aligned with our platform.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
• Build and improve how we work - establishing processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
• Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly.
• Support our sales organisation in answering technical questions from our customers.
