• 1–2 years in healthcare recruitment or high-volume sales.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Confident in approaching new clients and generating business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive and resilient approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting and lead generation.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Manage staffing process from client contact to candidate placement.
• Coordinate client accounts and staffing requirements.
• Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure coverage of out-of-hours service as required.
