Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool city centre. You will develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals, taking ownership of your geographical area with uncapped commission.

The role offers a base salary of £27,000 plus commission with an OTE of £40,000+. The team emphasises a supportive culture, professional development, and a strong service mindset, including health insurance

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in healthcare recruitment or target-driven sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and resilient approach.
• Healthcare sector knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Manage staffing process from client contact to candidate placement.
• Manage client accounts and coordinate staffing requirements to deliver service.
• Aim to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain clear communication during office hours and cover out-of-hours needs.
