Jane Lewis Health & Social Care is recruiting a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team. You will develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals.

You’ll own your geographical area with uncapped commission rewarding your results. The role includes generating new business, building relationships with providers and managing staffing from initial contact to candidate placement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in healthcare recruitment or a target-driven sales role.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
• Manage the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placement.
• Manage client accounts and coordinate staffing requirements, delivering excellent service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensure out-of-hours service is covered.
