Required Master’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare leadership; strong budgeting, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.

• Oversee financial performance and budget planning for practices
• Lead projects such as construction, IT, and materials management
• Communicate strategy, processes, and policy changes to providers and staff
