Job summary

Sectra is a leading provider of IT systems for medical imaging, supporting the UK and Ireland market. As a Customer Operations Engineer you will deploy, manage and maintain interfaces and workflows, collaborating with senior engineers, project managers and application specialists to deliver reliable patient IT solutions.

You will work regionally with opportunities for international assignments, providing on-site and remote support, deployments, upgrades and integrations to ensure patient care

Qualifications

• Three years of university education in computer engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in IT systems within healthcare and patient care improvement.
• Fluent in English and able to travel for customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support of Sectra’s products.
• Install and configure solutions with 3rd party collaborators to deploy hardware and software.
• Deploy and maintain data exchange interfaces with third party systems.
• Perform security monitoring, maintenance, and software upgrades as required.
• Create, update and review technical documentation.
