Job summary

Sectra seeks a Customer Operations Engineer to enable delivery of Sectra’s healthcare IT solutions across the UK & Ireland. You will support and deploy interfaces, work with hospital IT systems, and coordinate with partners to ensure successful patient outcomes.

The role involves on-site and remote support, travel to customer sites as needed, and collaboration with senior engineers to maintain secure, interoperable systems in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least three years of university education in computer engineering or equivalent with a strong academic performance.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Proven experience in deploying or supporting IT infrastructure or software applications.
• Experience with medical IT systems, like PACS, RIS, LIMS or EPR, is a great asset.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support of Sectra’s products.
• Install and configure our solutions, collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and subcontractors.
• Deploy and maintain interfaces between Sectra and 3rd party systems.
• Perform regular security monitoring, maintenance, software upgrades and resource optimization.
• Create, update and review technical documentation aligned with Sectra standards.
