Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop packages (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of patient-based clinical systems desirable.
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities
