Job summary

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Digital Services team is seeking a role focused on application management across the portfolio. The post holder will provide end-user support, training, and ensure processes around application management are followed.

You will investigate and resolve issues, contribute to change specifications, and support strategic planning for current and future configuration of the applications portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user services and training for the application portfolio.
• Manage incidents, requests, developments, user access and problems for the applications.
• Investigate, manage and resolve issues and problems across the portfolio, liaising with third-party suppliers as needed.
• Assist in developing specifications for change requests against the portfolio.
• Support strategic planning on current and future configuration of the application portfolio.
• Deliver training programmes to ensure business processes are optimised and trainer rooms and equipment are arranged.
