Priory Hospital Solihull is inviting a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our Site Support Roles team. Based in Solihull, this full-time, permanent role focuses on coordinating recruitment, onboarding and training to support a safe, efficient hospital operation.

You’ll work with hiring managers and the Central Talent Acquisition team to meet Time To Hire targets, ensure compliant processes, and help maintain a welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or 3 years of practical HR experience.
• Experience handling employee relations cases and UK employment legislation.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and Central Talent Acquisition.
• Assist with recruitment methods across site when resourcing challenges arise.
• Ensure new hires are offered, processed and onboarded in line with time-to-hire targets.
• Coordinate and arrange mandatory training to keep the site compliant.
