Job summary

Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare assets in a PPP/PFI context. You will ensure contractual compliance, monitor performance and manage stakeholders across sites, supporting the FM partner and service providers to deliver high quality facilities management services.

You will lead regular site inspections, review performance data and drive improvements in service delivery while maintaining health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in PPP/PFI, NHS LIFT or healthcare estates required.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, report writing and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational oversight of a portfolio of healthcare assets.
• Monitor contractual compliance and performance standards across sites.
• Collaborate with FM partner, service providers, contractors and tenants.
• Conduct regular site inspections and drive service improvements while ensuring health and safety obligations.
